The evidence has to travel.

Verification is designed to survive separation from the system that produced the record.

Record

Declared events are written into an ordered receipt chain with explicit actor, event and subject identity.

Bind

Hashes, sequence linkage and detached signatures bind content and order without treating those states as interchangeable.

Release

A declared payload universe is frozen into release material that can be moved without silently changing what the release contains.

Verify

Independent verification uses public material and released evidence. It does not require the private signing key, live originating runtime, network access or a blockchain connection.
